I am now offering property maintenance agreements that can be customized to individual properties. These agreements cover not only preventative maintenance, but also entitle the owners of properties under contract to substantial discounts on major repairs and minor repairs are taken care of at no charge. Owners who have multiple properties will recieve discounts based on the number of properties under contract.
Owners of property under these agreements will recieve a customized report after each visit I make to their property. The scope of these reports varies, but at a minimum covers; the basic condition of the property (any existing or new damage), the condition of the HVAC system (checked seasonally), and if a rental any obvious problems caused by tenants.
These agreements are primarily for people who own rental property, but can also be valuable to people that own vacation property, as well as people who have elderly family members and can't be there all the time to take care of the things that can go wrong around the house.
